The quality of our cuisine is inseparable from the quality of our ingredients.

We are fortunate to work with fresh, seasonal products, crafted by passionate producers and trusted partners with whom we collaborate daily: Sault einkorn, Ventoux pork, trout from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, asparagus from Mallemort, olive oil from our millers, and local goat’s cheese.

The adjoining terrace extends the experience outdoors, surrounded by old stone walls and abundant greenery.
In the warmer months, service takes place in a gentle, shaded ambiance.
